Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

* Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days once the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vibevanity000@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please ensure your contact information is fully accurate to prevent any carrier returns.
